Pick a conversation to see the messages in it and whose inbox it is in.
"No reply seen" means that, reading the whole thread, nobody on our side wrote after their message: not thunga@, globalsales@ or pricing5@ (to them, or in the conversation), and no colleague with the desk in copy. A reply made by phone or on another platform can be marked Replied or Quoted in the conversation. Mail from the last 30 days; colleagues, machines, invoices, CVs and shipment operations mail without an ask are left out.
