Data gaps
Everything the outreach agent must know before it sends anything. A gap that is written down is a gap that can be fixed; a gap that is left implicit becomes the same company emailed twice.

A domain that carries mail does not necessarily carry a website. No website means the domain publishes mail records and no web address at all — nothing is broken and there is nothing to chase, so the field is left empty. Unreachable is different: there is a web address and the server did not answer. Renders in the browser is a live site that simply ships no HTML text.

The source did not state a country and nothing else on the record proves one. A guess here is how the Karachi desk of a Chinese forwarder ended up filed in China and a Toronto phone number filed an Austrian company — so these stay blank until someone who knows says otherwise. They are counted separately from the country total, never folded into it.

Network-owned inboxes, deleted. The country scouts read contact addresses off member profile pages, and some of those pages show the network's address rather than the member's. info@wcachinaglobal.com was attached to 56 different companies across Vietnam, Singapore and Turkey. Emailing it sends a partnership enquiry to WCA's front desk, 56 times, and reaches none of them. These were removed rather than flagged — a wrong address is worse than no address.
The outreach agent is only ever allowed to read v_sendable. That view holds — rows and — distinct addresses. Those two numbers being equal is what makes it impossible to email one inbox twice under two company names. Suppressed, do-not-contact and blank-address records never appear in it at all.
