The desk is built but not switched on
Answering costs real API money per question, so it ships OFF. Everything else — the knowledge base, the retrieval, the daily caps — is live and free. To switch it on, Nisarg adds ANTHROPIC_API_KEY to the Cloudflare Pages project (Settings → Variables and Secrets) and redeploys.
The bill is bounded by design: 60 questions per person per day, ~900 tokens an answer — a worst case of a few dollars a day if all five people max out, and a normal day is cents.
