Chicago, New York, Los Angeles and Miami is close to the whole of the United States in four addresses — Atlantic, Pacific, Gulf and the rail hub in the middle. Your group also runs air freight, FBA, FCL, LCL and warehousing, which is a wider list than most people we meet at your end.
And PartnerPay on both sides means neither of us is asked to take a stranger’s credit on trust.
Why we wrote to you
The United States is the fourth largest country on our book, after China, India and the United Kingdom.
What it does not have is one house at the far end that covers every coast, so today a Gulf shipper's cargo into Los Angeles and the same shipper's cargo into Miami go to two different strangers. Your four addresses close that in one agreement.
And it runs both ways from day one. We are not asking you to take our word for this region — we have fifteen offices of our own in it, with our own customs clearance team in every single one.

By sea we are close to balanced, which is rare and which makes a two-way agency worth writing down. By air we import fifteen tonnes from the USA for every one we send back — that is the leg your air desk can fill and we cannot.
Saudi Arabia and the UAE are our two biggest US desks, at 60 and 50 TEU outbound. Kuwait has not returned its export column, so 111 is a floor.
The same thing, on a map
Real coastlines and real port positions, not a hub with rays. Jebel Ali and Jeddah are the two offices that carry the US book.

Every membership is held in our own name and is verifiable with the issuing body — our WCA and JCTrans numbers are on the marks above. We are ISO 9001 certified and an IATA CASS cargo agent.

The 38 tonnes reaching us from the USA is the leg we most want to grow, and it starts at your end.
E-commerce into the Gulf
