About your company
Singapore · an ISO 9001:2015 company
Your profile puts break bulk and project movement first, with ship chartering, SOC handling and container trading beside it. You own your equipment: 45ft boxes, flat racks, open tops, ISO tanks and reefers. The Technip analyser shelter you moved from Singapore Jurong to Dammam, about 916 freight tons with four out-of-gauge pieces, is the kind of cargo our Gulf offices clear and deliver at the far end.
The Singapore lane, monthly
This cargo lands in our own hands at the Gulf end every month: our clearance, our delivery, our people. Saudi Arabia takes 40 of those 45 boxes and 15 of the 16.5 tonnes of air. Our air rates come straight from the carriers whose airway bill stock we hold: we are the CSA of Air Arabia and stockholding agent for Emirates, flydubai, Qatar Airways, Air France and KLM.
Monthly, from our own Gulf desks' books. These are floors: two desks' returns are still being added.
The same thing, on a map
Real great circles between real ports. Our three offices in Saudi Arabia carry most of the Singapore book.
One shipment, end to end
You load, lash and clear export in Singapore. From the quay in the Gulf it is our own people: our clearance in each country, our trucks, our warehouse.
About us
Dubai, UAE · Over 25 years
FCL and LCL · air freight including AOG · reefer and cold chain · project and breakbulk · RoRo and heavy equipment · dry and liquid bulk · out-of-gauge on flat rack and open top · dangerous goods · warehousing · and customs clearance that is our own team in every country, never a broker.
Our offices
Not agents, not correspondents. Our own staff, on our own payroll, in every city above.
Our sister companies
Land transport · UAE and five Gulf countries
Over 2,000 vehicles and equipment units, lowbeds from 12 to 30 metres, jacking and skidding to 500 tonnes. All seven emirates, and cross-border into Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait. A box can travel from the quay to the consignee's own warehouse.
NVOCC · Middle East
Winlines issues its own bills of lading and contracts with the lines directly. Dry, reefer, flat rack, open top and special equipment. Its ports include Jebel Ali, Sohar, Dammam, Port Klang, Singapore and Chittagong.
After the sea leg, the last leg is still in our own hands: if Jebel Ali is awkward, the cargo comes in through Fujairah, Khor Fakkan or Oman and carries on by road with our own fleet.

Who stands behind us
Every membership is held in our own name and is verifiable with the issuing body — the WCA and JCtrans numbers are on the marks above. We are ISO 9001 certified and an IATA CASS cargo agent.
What we hope for
Your Gulf-bound projects
Which moves are heading to the Gulf this quarter, so our desks take the destination end from the quay.
Your Dubai office and ours
Tell us what your own Dubai desk covers, so we work beside it rather than across it.
Air into the Gulf
Send us your air enquiries and we will price them on the carrier stock we hold ourselves.
Named both ways
Name us for your Gulf cargo in the six countries and we will name you for Singapore.
There is no hurry on any of it. Send them whenever it suits you.
Thank you
