Sea and air both ways every month, and at the Gulf end it is our own hands: our clearance, our delivery, our people. Saudi Arabia takes 14 of the 28 boxes and the UAE 10. On the air leg your spares travel on stock we hold ourselves: we are the CSA of Air Arabia and airway bill stockholding agent for Emirates, flydubai, Qatar Airways, Air France and KLM, so the rate and the space are ours to commit, not somebody else's to pass on.

Air is our strongest desk. When cargo is too big or too urgent for a scheduled flight, we charter the aircraft. This one carried election ballot papers from Dubai to Lusaka. Your spares go through the same team, every day.

Over 2,000 vehicles and equipment units, lowbeds from 12 to 30 metres, jacking and skidding to 500 tonnes. All seven emirates, and cross-border into Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait. A box can travel from the quay to the consignee's own warehouse.

Winlines issues its own bills of lading and contracts with the lines directly. Dry, reefer, flat rack, open top and special equipment. Its ports include Jebel Ali, Sohar, Dammam, Port Klang, Singapore and Chittagong.
After the sea leg, the last leg is still in our own hands: if Jebel Ali is awkward, the cargo comes in through Fujairah, Khor Fakkan or Oman and carries on by road with our own fleet.
